Makes sense to sell and pay Aurora Debt and use the money left over to subsidise rates. There is a limit that a ratepayer can afford. Be a responsible council. Use any balance of funds for necessary projects only and I don't include grants in this category until the Council is really on top of DCC debt. Remember Election time is coming. Be responsible.
