Further comment
Aurora Energy should be sold to pay off current council debt for investments they have already made. This will free up massive amounts of interest liability that can be used to invest in the future of Dunedin. Increasing rates by 2-10 times inflation is not sustainable and the council are totally out of touch with every day Dunedin residents.
