I am against the sale of Aurora. It was a previous council that got Aurora into the trouble it is in ,today,by demanding that Aurora had to pay dividends to the council,needed to build the Stadium. The Council/Councillors at the time were simply out of their depth and I think a good number of the current lot are no better.
Once Aurora is sold the new owner will be able to charge us what they like. It amazes me how this proposal has suddenly come light,probably out of desparation by some Councillors. Councillors must listen to Ratepayers and act in their best interests not spend valuable money on vanity projects. Having good "intrastructure" is the name of the game.
I say NO to the sale of Aurora.
