Keep Aurora. If it cannot pay a dividend to Council yet does not incur cost to Council then we should keep it. If the net benefit to Otago power consumers is lower line charges then that is of equal benefit to returning a dividend to Council.
It's like selling the family farm - when it's gone, it's gone!
