No longer appropriate for the DCC to be involved in running any business, and the current debt burden on ratepayers would be alleviated.
Essential that all leftover funds must be protected by sensible investment for future needs. These should be for basic council operations and definitely not for ‘nice to have’ projects which need to raise their own funding.
