You are saying consumers are protected by the Commerce Commision - this is the same body that regulates the Grocery industry and the same regulator who oversaw massive under investment of the electricity network which has caused the current issues Aurora faces. At least DCC are now supportive of investment of important electricity upgrades. Would a new owner have the same interests as the current owners who represent the Dunedin public
