Why would the Dunedin public want to run the risk of foreign ownership of our electricity network. Any councillor who supports this won't be getting my vote, or anyone I have spoken to on this matter. Many people don't submit on council consultations as life gets in the way. But at election time they will have their say. Sadly it may be too late to halt the sale of such an important asset. Commerce commision can only do so much when it comes to regulation. Lots of decisions made outside of their remit. Don't sell Dunedins key infrastructure
