Anyone listening to the Council meeting where consulation on this matter was approved that has any understanding of how EDBs operate could see most of the Councillors have very limited understanding of Aurora Energy, it's operations and the role of the Commerce Commission. The consultation information is very slanted toward a sale and other information/valid concerns about the impact of the sale have been omitted either intentionally or through lack of understanding. Not the people I want deciding whether to sell or keep our electricity network. It reflects very short term thinking
