Thanks, I'm a lay person who wants to submit this, however am hoping city council will be professionally advised about this sale of DCC assets, using a business model ( most likely I would support Lee Vandervis input to decision on this), and query if selling Aurora will be a loss and an actual consequential cost to Dunedin people and central Otago if sold, as will this merely shift from cost of ratepayers to service loan, to exorbordant rises in costs for electricity as related to Aurora Energy?
