Selling an an Asset which was poorly managed while large salaries and bonuses were paid to those involved is not resolved by selling it. Both Dunedin councils need a cleanout of managers and staff not paying their way and providing returns for the Majority of Ratepayers. It would be good if you listen to what the ratepayers want unlike previously asked for submissions.
