Further comment
I don't believe the council has the fiscal constraint to use the money from the sale of aurora wisely. In 10yrs time I believe we will be in the same situation but with fewer assets to sell next time. Aurora is only not proving a return currently due to the council bleeding it dry to pay for the stadium. The returns will come once the investment in the infrastructure stabilises.
