I do not support the sale of Aurora because I could not see anywhere whether there are any rules about who can purchase it. In my opinion potential purchasers need to be strictly New Zealand-based with no affiliations to overseas companies or other states (e.g. China). If the latter were allowed to buy Aurora there would be a risk that it does not act in the city's interest, even if it is a regulated company.
