Further comment
The Overseas investment people will not be able to be trusted to protect the interests of Dunedin citizens. The current national government is disestablishing protective environmental and welfare systems and I expect they will loosen all barriers for future overseas investments in order for the wealthy to become wealthier. I believe Dunedin City holdings should keep Aurora and manage the current difficulties. Selling is a short term fix with long term negative consequences.
