As there has been lots of money spent on the separation of Aurora and Delta plus all the upgrades on infrastructure in the last few years I believe that it’s been left a few years late to think about selling this asset.
Give this company a few years and it will start returning back to the dcc .
Don’t loose the power that Dunedin city has by owning something like this it should not be used as a fix for the miss management of Dunedin city over many years.
