Further comment
While beneficial in the short-term, sale of Aurora will see the public lose control over the infrastructure it depends on to thrive. With the ongoing national process of decarbonisation, energy infrastructure will be a high value asset long in to the future and I don't believe a short-sighted focus on immediate debts is warranted when the long-term value will be immense for council and constituents.
