Why do we have only two options,this asset belongs to the people of Dunedin and Otago. A third option would be to sell 50% of aurora[ as central govt did with Air NZ] the other 50% sold to the public of NZ thru the NZ stock exchange.at least this would give the true owners of this asset a tangible sense of ownership and may in time give them a dividend as it would DCC Holdings. This action would give stability to the management and workforce and allay the fear and upheaval of a change of ownership.
