I support the sale of Aurora Energy however it is not clear what analysis has been done on the impact of the sale to other DCHL assets, in particular Delta. As 50% of Delta's revenue is from Aurora Energy it would be conservative to assume that revenue will not occur post-sale. Does the income from the investment fund cover more than this loss of revenue from Delta, so that DCHL as a whole is better off? What happens to Delta as a result of the decrease in revenue - will there be a decrease in headcount?
