Further comment
With the push to go all electric Aurora will produce good returns in the long term. Selling is a short term response with no facts on investment returns. The company will continue to grow in value and is an asset to the City. in the long term. Sort term pain (ie debt & interest payments) will become long term gain for future generations. I would support a review to sell some time in the future.
