Sell Aurora. I have looked at all the information: your proposal doc, Aurora annual accounts & disclosures, the Wellington lines company (owner by overseas investors) and understand the market it operates in from past experience. The key reasons I say sell are: (1) DCC needs to earn a return from its investments. A managed fund will perform better than Aurora. (2) Aurora operates in a regulated market. The regulator is mandated with ensuring Aurora maintains an adequate network for the region.
I have investigated other points people raise (e.g. in the long-term would a managed fund or Aurora perform better) - the above two points sum up the output of the analysis I have done.
