If Aurora is privatised or not electricity consumers will pay for cost of capital for debt plus deferred and ongoing maintenance. Only if Aurora is privatised consumers will pay additional costs of equity profits to private shareholders, NOT COMMUNITY. How can council vote in favour of this??
