DCHL should not sell Aurora Energy. A tight reign should be put on Aurora,s management to stick to its core business. More accountability is required around the historical use of Aurora,s profits. In order to keep City Rates low poorly performing assets such as Dunedin Rail and the stadium should be sold first.
