I have been on a council for 9 years and have watched many other councils operate and have yet to find a council that successfully runs a business by committee. They are far to slow in making decisions, and in lots of cases do not have the experience to operate the business. I know that the City will benefit from the sale proceeds while in the long run will be in a much stronger position than the are now trying to run Aurora.
This is a no brainer decision. It must get sold as it has been very hard work in the past.
