I have read the supporting documentation and have been to a drop-in session. I have also read a number of public opinions. However, I believe the best option for the ratepayers of Dunedin is to sell. In doing so, I trust that the fund to protect the investment will be run by experts in their field. In my view, Dunedin and it's districts must concentrate on infrastructure and put any big priced feel good projects aside until we are in a better position financially.
