The only reason a 'premium' is expected for selling Aurora is that the buyer sees potential for high future profits. Dunedin City Council should be focused on maximising these profits rather than selling it off.
These DCHL assets were built up over many decades by our forebears for the benefit of the residents. Selling them off for a sugar hit of cash is not the pathway to a prosperous future.
I urge Council to keep this profitable, monopoly asset.
