Very short sighted to slaughter a future cash cow. You have provided very little financial information regarding Aurora, the debt looks a big number but may be relevant if we had access to the financial reports so guessing is the game and the game is investment. We have been commercial property investors for many years, if Aurora owns its properties then there is another funding Avenue which may not have been considered. In the long term Aurora should be a far better investment than a fixed value investment.
By the way you don’t answer the questions in your Facebook post.
