The graphs on page 11 make it quite clear that Aurora has been mismanaged throughout the period shown. Probably this was partly due to concentrating on 'long term plans' rather than what was going on and making urgent, decent changes. Equally important is getting out of the present mess, is to ensure that the directors of DCHL go and are not re-employed.
