There is a long history of nz selling the family jewels under the guise of fiscal propriety and expedency. This has to stop. If we are talking public property paid for by the public, no shirt term gain decisions made on the publics behalf should be allowed without voting on a public referendom. This city should not be spending f beyond its means. If we all did that in our private lives we would be bankrupt.
