Further comment
I support keeping Aurora Energy in public ownership. It should be managed to lower debt and to earn profit to reinvest in its infrastructure. Dunedin City Council should not seek to receive dividends per se. Public ownership, along with responsible management, should result in lower prices in the long term for the community it serves and possibly dividends for the Council.
