KIa ora, I am strongly in favor of option two with one change, and that is to sell 49% of Aurora and the City keeping 51%. by doing this we remove the debt, which then allows Aurora to start making on going dividends to the city for many many years to come. Electricity and the distribution of, is a fundamental right, and given the city invested in electricity in 1907 there is a legacy to be respected for our grandchildren and their children in the years to come . While it is acknowledged that the Waipori dam was sold and a fund established, it was sold because of the then governments reforms. That is not the case currently.
So in a nutshell keep 51% of the asset.
