In my view we should not be selling essential services which are a monopoly. This has ended badly for NZ inc in the past, I don’t see why it would be different for DCC and your shareholders (us) in 2024.
Frankly I’d rather sell City Forests, which have a highly variable income stream for DCHL, are not an essential service, and hold significant risk going forward.
