I have real concern that this sale is only going to serve the city in the short term snd not the long term. Like selling the family silver it can only happen once. I don't trust that any profit from the sale would be used wisely on the bread and butter functions of the council but rsther on the glam projects that so many councils get drawn into eg the stadium thst we are paying for for such a long time. this asset will in the long run prove to be a valuable asset to the city.
