Dunedin City Council (DCC) has a new online booking system for booking events on reserves, recreation and sports fields. Visit https://www.dunedin.govt.nz/facility-bookings and follow the following steps:

- Reserves, recreation and sports fields search
- Search either by name, or use the A – Z search function
- Book
- Do you have an online services account? If yes, login using your email and password. If not, create an account
Follow the online booking process through to the end. You will be asked to login and confirm mailing details etc. The system will hold your information and any costs for the booking will be directed to you. Don’t forget to include your charities number if you have one.
You will be asked to nominate how you may wish to pay any fees/bonds. If your group/organisation cannot pay by credit card, please select “on account” and you will be invoiced.
Once submitted, the booking system will issue you with a “tentative booking reference”. Our bookings team will review your booking request and contact you if we require further information. A bond may be required, depending on the activity.
You will be required to pay fees to secure your booking once you have received approval via email.
The Events team will contact you once your booking is made, and work with you in the lead up to your event to ensure all requirements are met and provide advice on running a great event.
You can request, edit, and cancel bookings and pay for them online at any time. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on which venue and period of notice given.
