I think the parks should be 60 minutes rather than 30 minutes. There is a story time every Wednesday morning for under 2 year-olds. The story time is 30 minutes, so parking in a 30 minute park means there is no time to socialise after or check out books. Walking from a further park is difficult with a toddler or baby. Another option could be to have 2-4 parks reserved for parents of young children/pregnant women which are 60 min parks. (Although I'm not sure if these type of park are actually enforceable). However, I do support the proposed changes in favour of the current parking situation.
