Half an hour is not long enough to go to the library.
Can the Port workers please park in their new carpark instead of everywhere else. This would eleviate the lack of parking.
Also, shop owners park outside their shops often all day.
It can be frustrating to find a park sometimes. Not because of the length of time random locals park...more because of length of time used by local workers. That is how it seems to me from what I see anyway.
