What is your feedback on the proposed changes
The proposed changes outside of the Port Chalmers Library do not provide an adequate amount of time for parents with children, elderly or disabled people to use any public facilities. A 30 min carpark would require constant policing and financially impact those who can least afford it.
Moving the pedestrian crossing may not give drivers coming around the corner enough time to see people crossing.
