How short sighted this is. When you change this it will be a lot more dangerous to see anyone on a crossing further along. Especially as logging trucks are constantly using beach street. For us older residents to have a closer availability to the library is very important.. For some of us to have to walk a greater distance can become more difficult. Perhaps a health and safety issue for us. Public consultation should be held.
