It is hard enough to get a park in that area when you want to go to the library, moving the crossing is an accident waiting to happen. You have now put it in a bling spot when turning from George Street. I agree with time limits but 30 minutes is not long enough, you could make it an hour.
Stop taking away parking, my 77 year old mother with her walking frame can't ride a bloody bike let alone walk very far and if the disabled parks are full I won't be able to safely drop her off. All you are doing is catering to tourists who don't live here and are only seasonal along with bloody push bikers
