What is your feedback on the proposed changes
Is there currently a parking issue in this area for you to interfere and make changes. It seems ludicrous that you will restrict rate payers reasonable access to the library by reducing parking to 30minutes and please explain to me why the mobility parks in the same location get 120minutes. This feels like descrimation to me.
