We need easy access to library better to create more flat level short distance parking rather than less. It is problematic putting pedestrian crossings away from the intersection. It means vehicles have to stop twice and it reduces valuable parking space. The proposal is age discriminatory. Although we do not qualify as having disabilities. we are both nearer to 80 than 70 and have the normal difficulties related to age. The Council should not be discriminating against the aged. The Council should not be making decisions that affect us negatively at all and especially without consultation.
