I am a senior citizen I don’t want the disabled park to go outside the port Library. If I have stuff to do with DCC Accts etc I find parking here easier than trying to find a park in town in the octagon. I can’t walk far because of my disability. Please think again there are other elderly people like me. We all don’t pay bills online.
