What is your feedback on the proposed changes
It is essential that everyone has easy access to the library, which is the community hub for Port. It is used for library, meetings, community group activities. Removing parking will add to foot traffic around this busy intersection, meaning people will have to park further away and then cross at the junction of five streets to access the library. The pedestrian crossing works well where it is. Please reconsider, especially for the sake of the elderly and young families, who will possibly not attend the library if easy, convenient access is denied by this change.
