I think these parks need to be left unrestricted as these parks need to be left available for surrounding business staff. There is already a shortage of parks for local business staff and taking away the suggested 35 car parks is only going to increase that pressure therefore leaving staff no choice but to park where customers need to be able to. Which will only put more pressure on business owners.
