This is an absolutely ridiculous idea!! The parking for any workers around the area is atrocious at the best of times. I have to be in a park 45 mins before I start work just in order to get a park now. Any later and I can’t find a park and I am late to work. Great idea DCC, bugger all the hard workers in the area and only benefit Kmart shoppers. It’s their own fault for picking a location with next to no parking, don’t go punishing the entire south Dunedin businesses because of this!
