Parking in this area is hard enough to find without it being changed to time limited free parking. As a south Dunedin worker that parks in these exact locations every weekday, I actually question why Kmart was allowed to go ahead without the building owners needing to provide the required carparking on their property. Instead they have built over existing carparks, and now DCC are proposing these street changes. It's not ok. Parking is bad enough in the area already.
