The many businesses in the area need somewhere for their staff to park! If Kmart wanted to be there, they should have had to build a carpark (perhaps on their roof) to go with it. As a person who works in the area - and knows other people who also work in the area - and uses the street carparking (as we do not have enough staff spaces for all our staff), this will cause major issues for all of the staff of the businesses in the area. I strongly oppose the proposed timed areas!!
