It is unfair that as a flat of 4 living on grange street are unable to park our cars being limited to only 1 spot. We are all students living in a crisis of money and on top of that are having to pay extra money in order to just park outside our own flat. We do appreciate the thought that allows us to have somewhere to park but with the cost of tehse permits its unreasonable. if tehproces were to be dropped we would appreciate this, is it possible to kae it unrestricted but a resdients only parking street as
