Kia Ora,
I do NOT agree with this changes, I am a resident in one of the Harbour Terrace flats in front of these parks outlined on the image provided. We are a flat of 5 with 3 cars and only 1 provided flat carpark. If these changes were implemented it would really make life difficult for myself and other residents that rely on street parking. I strongly believe that this proposal is unnecessary. I can see why it has been proposed so it stops people driving to University and parking there for the whole day but looking at the bigger picture it would really effect residents on Harbour Terrace in a negative way that rely on street parking. If this proposal was to be accepted, where do you expect us to park as residents?
