I think this is not a good idea. There is way too many car parks around uni that you have to pay for and if you increase this number people literally won’t be able to drive into uni for the day because there is nowhere to park. Same goes with people who work around this area. I understand that it would be good during winter sports. However you’re telling me that every 4 hours I will have to be around to move my car into a new park as someone who lives on harbour terrace just so someone else can park to watch a hour hockey game and then leave. I can hardly afford my rent let alone pay for a parking space every four hours. Yet this is what it has come to? It would be great for the people that live in this area and have to be here constantly to take priority. All I’m saying is at least leave the car parks starting from the tennis courts down to Dundas or create more parks somewhere else. Thank you for your consideration.
