Harbour Terrace functions effectively under the all-day parking system. This area provides convenient and accessible parking options for students and staff, many of whom commute from significant distances. The availability of all-day parking has been a crucial factor in ensuring punctuality and reducing the stress associated with finding parking, particularly during peak hours. These changes will significantly impact students and staff who rely on the current parking system (not just for sport users at the end of the day or at the weekend). Many students and staff members have schedules that span the entire day. Limited-time parking would necessitate multiple relocations of their vehicles, causing unnecessary stress and distraction from their primary responsibilities of studying and working.
