I do not agree. Adding a timeframe to these parks will not change anything, apart from annoy the residents that live in this area. If there was something for the residents to let them park on the street no matter the timeframe then I would potentially consider it but taking away (putting a timeframe on) that many car parks would extremely limit the parking for residents on that street.
